Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Preparation time : 15 mins

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • Dragon fruit: 1 bowl chopped
  • Pomegranate: 1 small
  • Bananas: 2
  • Ice cubes: 1 bowl
  • Blueberry jam : 1 tbsp
  • Honey: 1 tbsp
  • Cinamon powder: a pinch
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Water: if needed

PREPARATION:

  • Blend all ingredients together in mixer .
  • Add water or milk to adjust the consistency.
  • It should be in semi thick consistency.
  • Serve chilled.

Mixed fruit smoothie

Preparation time : 10 mins

Serves : 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • Watermelon: 1 cup
  • Apple : 1
  • Bananas:2 small
  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp soaked in warm water
  • Milk:1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes:few
  • Honey (optional)

You can add more fruits of your choice.

PREPARATION:

  • Blend together all fruits in a juicer along with milk and ice cubes.
  • Pour it into a glass or smoothie jar.
  • Add soaked chia seeds and mix.
  • Serve chilled.

Kiwi n Apple shake

Preparation time:10 mins

Serves:3

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi -2 peeled and sliced
  • Apple- 1 big peeled and sliced
  • Sugar-1tbsp
  • Honey-1 tbsp
  • Crushed ice-1 cup

Method:

  • Blend together everything in a juicer.
  • Serve chilled.

 

Mango Orange Smoothie

Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves- 4 to 5

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice- 1 cup
  • frozen mangoes-3
  • sabja/chia seeds-1 tbsp (Soak it for 2 to 3 mins)
  • sugar-2 tbsp
  • ice cubes-1 cup

How to prepare:

  • Place all ingredients except sabja in a blender.
  • Blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • Add the soaked sabja to it.
  • Serve chilled.

 

 

Banana Milkshake

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves :3

Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas- 4 to 5
  • milk- 1 cup
  • sugar- 1 tbsp
  • ice cubes- 1 cup
  • flavoured jam – 1 tbsp ( I used mango flavour)
  • almonds- for garnishing

How to prepare:

  • Blend all the above ingredients in a juicer into smooth paste.
  • You can add milk or water if the consistency is thick.
  • garnish it with chopped almonds.
  • Serve chilled.

Jamun /Indian Blackberry Juice

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves :4

Ingredients:

  • Jamun/ Indian blackberry- 1 cup
  • ice cubes- 1 cup
  • honey- 1 tbsp
  • sugar- 2 tbsp
  • lime juice- 1/2 lemon
  • black pepper powder- a pinch

How to prepare:

  • Remove seeds from jamun.
  • In a juicer add all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth paste.
  • You can add more water if it is very pulpy.
  • Serve chilled.

Jackfruit Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:

•Jackfruit pieces – 7 to 8 ( seeds removed)

•Ripe Banana / Ethakka – 1 big ( I used big kerala banana)

•Milk – 2 cups

•Vanilla icecream – 2 scoops

• Sugar – as per your taste

•Almonds – 5 /6 

•Cardamom seeds

•Ice cubes

METHOD:

•Mix everything and blend it in a juicer.

•Serve chilled.
