This recepie is a protein rich dish, served as a single meal for breakfast or snacks. Easy to make and yummy too.
- Soya chunks: 1/2cup
- Egg white: 2 boiled eggs
- Bell peppers: 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder:1 tsp
- Salt:for taste
- Olive oil:1 tbsp
- Boil 2 eggs, remove the egg white and cut it into small pieces.
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins, drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, add soya chunks and saute until it loses all the water content.
- Add pepper powder and salt,mix well.
- Add egg white n saute for a minute.
