This is a very healthy recepie .It can be served as a side dish or as a single meal too.Best detox recepie for diet followers.
- Brocolli: 1/4cup
- Button Mushrooms: 3 to 4 chopped
- Bellpeppers (green,yellow,red): 1/2each chopped
- Red cabbage:1/2 cup finely chopped
- Black pepper :1 tsp
- Oregano: 1tsp
- Salt:for taste
- Olive oil
- In a bowl take little warm water,soak brocoli for a minute ,take it out and keep it in cold water for another 2 minutes.this retains the color of brocolli.
- In a wok add little olive oil, Add chopped mushrooms and saute for a minute.
- To this add each veggies partly sauting in between.
- Add black pepper ,oregano and salt.
- Saute for a minute.
- Serve it as single meal or side dish.
