Fish Fry

Ingredients:

  • Fish- 7 to 8 pieces cut into oval size (any fish of your choice)
  • red chilli powder- 2tsp
  • black pepper powder-1 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • salt- for taste
  • oil
  • curry leaves

How to prepare-

  • Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste and salt and refrigerate it for half an hour.
  • In a wok heat oil and place curry leaves strands.On top of it place fish pieces.and fry both the sides until its crisp .
